I'm CONFUSED

I have the one I loved and
I really LOVE him up to the point of
wanting to confess my feelings
but he already knew my feelings for him
and his bestfriend already told me he also loves me
but I already told everyone that I love someone already (of course it wasn't real)
and I could always feel that he's looking to me
( I caught him once he looked at me then when I saw him do that he suddenly convert his eyes to other direction like he was shy or something)
but the guy who I falsely accused of the one who I pretended to "like"
confessed to me
and my friends said that its a love triangle
then if it is what should I do
I'm confused, I don't know how to reply their feelings
I'm too scared, I might hurt the two
